1. Introduction

These regulations govern the participation, behavior, and responsibilities of all users, players, team members, and community participants ("Members") within Afterlife eSports ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Website, applying to join a team, participating in events, or interacting within our Discord-linked platform, you agree to comply with these regulations.

These rules are in place to maintain a professional, respectful, and competitive environment for all users.

2. Eligibility

To participate in any activity within Afterlife eSports:

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal digital age in your country).
  • You must have a valid Discord account to log in and access services.
  • You must not be banned from our platform or any official Afterlife eSports communication channels.

3. Code of Conduct

All Members must:

  • Treat others with respect, regardless of rank, experience, background, or nationality.
  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks.
  • Follow the instructions of team leaders, coaches, event admins, and moderators.
  • Represent Afterlife eSports professionally in public forums, games, or partner platforms.
  • Use appropriate usernames and avatars across the platform.
  • Avoid cheating, boosting, or engaging in any unfair or deceptive behavior.

4. Team and Player Regulations

  • Team roles, lineups, and responsibilities are determined by Afterlife eSports management and coaching staff.
  • Members must commit to training schedules, match attendance, and team meetings.
  • If a player wishes to leave a team or change roles, they must submit a formal request via our Website or contact team staff.
  • All in-game names (IGNs) must be appropriate and aligned with Afterlife eSports branding, if applicable.

5. Event Participation

  • All players must follow the official rules of each event or tournament.
  • Misconduct during events may result in disqualification, suspension, or removal from Afterlife eSports.
  • Cheating or match-fixing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and potential legal reporting.

6. Coaching & Training Tools

  • Users must use coaching tools respectfully and truthfully represent their skill level, progress, and training intentions.
  • Coaching sessions may be recorded for quality assurance or internal review.

7. Use of Our Platform

  • Do not misuse the Website or Discord systems (e.g., spamming, exploiting bugs, bypassing restrictions).
  • Do not impersonate staff, other users, or team members.
  • Do not share illegal content, or any material that violates copyright, trademark, or other laws.

8. Disciplinary Action

Violation of any of these regulations may result in:

  • Warnings or official notices
  • Temporary or permanent suspension from teams or events
  • Removal from the platform or Discord server
  • Reporting to relevant authorities (in serious cases)

Disciplinary actions are at the sole discretion of Afterlife eSports leadership and are not subject to public appeal unless otherwise stated.
